Super Sprowtz seeks Entrepreneurial Office Manager (Paid/ Full-Time) in Brooklyn

This is the "Anti" Entry-Level Job. The work that you will be doing is integral to the success of Super Sprowtz and will truly be making a difference in the businesses of our clients and the lives of kids around the globe.

The successful candidate should be interested in the following responsibilities:

1. Executive Support
- Managing complex calendar for executive team members
- Screening CEO email and managing high level correspondence
- Supporting Radha Agrawal, Super Sprowtx CEO with high level tasks

2. Program/ Project Management
- Coordinating the launch of our new non-profit arm
- Developing internal systems (newsletter/ contact management etc.)
- Producing and managing logistics of virtual and physical events

3. Marketing/ PR
- Creating copy for website, newsletters and blog posts
- Conducting unsolicited outreach to radio stations, magazines, websites and influential bloggers to raise visibility for Super Sprowtz
-Creating marketing and promotional materials (knowledge of in-design, Photoshop etc. is valued but not required)
- Developing marketing strategy and conducting outreach to scale visibility for Super Sprowtz

4. Client work
- Managing all client relationships, events, projects and customer satisfaction

You will report directly to the Founder and CEO, Radha Agrawal.
