Experience
At least 2 years of design experience creating technically stunning and user-centric works
Mastery of Internet technology platforms, especially HTML5 & CSS (bonuspoints for Javascript)
A portfolio that conveys that you are a doctor of interactive design
Track record that links your amazing design and development with conversions and successful product outcomes
