Overview
We are looking for a talented UI Designer that wants to work on a product that will disrupt an industry. Our product is targeting a somewhat older demographic than typical Web 2.0 startups, so will be a design challenge. We are open to less experienced but equally talented designers who want to prove their ability, with the possibility of full-time employment, equity ownership and even co-founding after a trial period of working together.
Responsibilities
Design an important product from scratch
Help shape the look and feel of the product and extended brand elements
Experience
We are looking for a great UI Designer and are open to giving talented newcomers a chance, that's what being entrepreneurial is all about. Some examples of work that you've done would be great, but no prior lead roles is necessary. We want to find the next great UI Designer.
Skills
User Interface Design skills
Expert in HTML + CSS
Good with prototyping and wireframing tools
SASS + HAML a plus
Compensation
Our company is a very early stage startup. We are looking for a designer to work with on the initial product, with the possibility of full-time employment and even co-founder potential after a trial period (which we can pay cash for).
