Overview
Looking for a NYC/NJ based technical cofounder/CTO for online database tool for small to mid size businesses to take over the already built back-end and all technical needs.
Responsibilities
Perform a technical analysis of requirements
Produce a solid, detailed technical design
Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
Create product roadmap
Make decisions on site security
Make decisions on tools needed for site performance
Manage web designers
Experience
Has worked for another tech startup as a lead developer/engineer
Knows the ins & outs of launch a startup
Skills
Programming languages: PHP, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
A work style that is extremely detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Education
B.A in Computer Science
Compensation
Deferred compensation based on revenue.
Willing to sign on as cofounder/CTO for equity
