Overview
Must have user interface, agile development experience, SEO techniques, strong database, scaling experience, and Amazon Web Services skills and experience. PHP, MySQL are crucial. Demonstrated ability to apply Web development best practices with respect to scalability, security, usability, load-time, and basic search engine optimization is also important. Must have broad-based application development experience and the judgment to balance decisions against user experience, cost, and implementation challenges.
Responsibilities
He or she will make substantive contributions to the development process beyond systems administrator. He or she will also be deeply involved in product strategy, feature prioritization, and user interface.
Experience

Start-up experience is highly desired.
Skills

Education

Compensation
Compensation will based on stock options and cash depending upon funding availability.
