We are looking for a support person who enjoys interacting with customers and who has prior experience of a support environment.

Responsible for support interactions and support processes.
Experience
Prior Support experience preferred
Ideal candidate would have experience of Mac, Windows Linux environments
Ideal candidate would have experience of virtual machine usage as part of a support environment
