Experience
PLEASE NOTE: This position will initially be on a full-time basis working from home. Compensation will consist of the following until appropriate revenue or funding is achieved.
1. A percentage of all product and services profit
2. Equity (ownership) in the company
Required:
10+ years experience building software, including 3+ years with commercial internet/software companies.
Mentality: You have previously worked for a startup company and have a do-what-it-takes attitude to succeed.
Leadership: You are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and you’d rather over-communicate than under-communicate.
Work ethic: Accountability is your middle name.
Required:
Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Nice to have:
Experience with any Java based portal (JBOSS, Liferay, WebSphere, etc.)
Familiarity with JSR-168 and JSR-286 portlet specifications
Location: Virtual (work at home).
