Flurry is looking to add a senior media account executive to its team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales of brand and performance-based media solutions. The candidate will also have extensive emerging market experience (such as social media, mobile and integrated offerings), great communication skills and the ability to deliver consistently on aggressive revenue targets. The candidate will leverage existing relationships with senior level decision makers and influencers at agencies and top brands to foster new relationships, penetrate new accounts and drive new business in the emerging mobile segment.
In this start-up environment, the successful candidate will be expected to take immediate responsibility and ownership of their account list to drive revenue growth in their prospective areas.
The candidate will work with existing Flurry operations team on ensuring complete customer satisfaction, establishing Flurry as the undisputed brand in performance-based media solutions in mobile (iPhone, iPad and Android) systems and work with campaign managers on day-to-day basis to exceed their goals.
Minimum of 5 years digital media sales experience
Minimum of 2 years in an emerging digital media segment (Social Media, Social Gaming, Mobile)
Combination of agency and client side experience is strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage brand and performance based campaigns. CPA campaigns is a plus
Proven ability to generate $5 million USD in media sales/year from large and small emerging segments
Proven ability to work with established brands and emerging companies to build integrated campaigns such as sponsorships, product placement, joint customer acquisition and retention programs.
