Tech Propulsion Labs is a growing startup with developers in Vietnam which provides web & mobile development services to western startups and innovative projects within existing firms.
You will be responsible for selling our services to startups, primarily in San Francisco, but also NYC, Austin, and anywhere else startups are found. This will include lead generation, qualification and account management. Also the role includes managing the pipeline and assisting the technical sales staff and executives in SF and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. This is a base+commissioned position.

Strong communication and people skills
This is primarily a commissioned position. There will be a 3 month cumulative target at first to serve as a 'probabion' period, and then quarterly and annual sales targets. Commission will be paid on new projects and at a lower rate for follow-on projects. Exceeding annual targets will be rewarded with performance bonuses. Equity participation can also be discussed.
