G360Link is looking for a software architect / principal software engineer to lead our product architecture and design.

Responsibilities
1. Play a leading role in product architecture and design
2. Responsible for overall product architecture, various component design, security, scalability and performance, and deployment
3. Provide hands-on design and implementation guidance to a team of developers
4. Work with product management and other groups to incorporate customer requirements and solution design
5. Work with management to align product architecture and roadmap with business and customer focus
Experience
5+ years of professional experiences in enterprise software architecture and design; preferably has been through at least 1 major product from concept to customer delivery
Prior experience in leading a team is a plus, but not a requirement
Skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE enterprise application, web development, cloud application and SaaS
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a small distributed team environment
Education
BS in CS or related technical areas
