Overview
G360Link is looking for a senior software engineer to help our product architecture and design with a focus on the front end / web-based user interface.

Responsibilities
1. Be part of the product architecture team with a focus on the design of the front end user interface
2. Responsible for designing the web-based UI framework, navigation, layout, standards and mobile applications
3. Work with product management to facilitate requirements gathering and solution design with input from customers and internal marketing research
4. Provide hands-on implementation guidance to a team of software engineers
5. Responsible for design documents and various implementation notes and communicating clearly with other groups
Experience
3+ years of professional experiences in software development; preference will be given to someone who has been through a SDLC (software development lifecycle)
Prior experience in leading a team is a plus, but not a requirement
Skills
Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web development, Ajax and other internet applications
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a small distributed team environment
Education
BS in CS or related technical areas
