Overview
We're looking for
* Talented, highly motivated web programmers comfortable with the full technology stack, from the database to the front-end
* An interest in test driven development and agile methodologies

* An interest in test driven development and agile methodologies
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Ruby on Rails-based applications and infrastructure
Work closely with sales and product teams to understand, design, and rapidly release high quality software
Support our production system and help with technical support and squashing bugs
Experience
Experience supporting a production applications on a Linux/UNIX system and troubleshooting problems is a must
Experience with Ruby and Rails strongly preferred
Experience scaling a distributed, message driven architecture would be nice too
