Our Senior Product Manager for our Actions will lead the prioritization, definition, and execution of multiple products within Adchemy Actions. The product manager will ensure and support strong revenue generating products and ensure performance of marketing campaigns, from the point of ad impression through conversion and monetization. The Actions product suite is directly customer-facing, leveraging the suite of Adchemy’s core technology platform.
Own the product internally and externally and be the cross-functional leader interfacing with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Research and QA.
Define, prioritize and communicate product specifications and manage major product milestones and success metrics.
Prioritize effort across hundreds of product requirements.
Actively identify technical and business opportunities that can extend the scope of Actions business and increase Adchemy's competitive advantage.
Work directly with external customers, sales, and strategic services groups to understand and organize user requirements, pain points, and opportunities.
Work closely with product marketing to develop sales documentation and demo materials, and provide demos for key prospects.
Author and maintain requirements specifications using a combination Agile user stories and PRD outlines.
Ensure product development milestones are consistently met, assess status, and communicate broadly through a variety of channels.
Assist in the development of functional test plans and QA of product features.
2+ years of product management experience, preferably working problems within the domain of online advertising
Understands how to visualize and present complex data
Experience writing user stories, PRDs, or similar technical requirements documents
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills; is comfortable presenting to executive staff
Able to solve key problems in online advertising
Willing and excited to "roll up the sleeves" and get into the product details
Works well in a fast-paced, highly dynamic start-up environment
BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
