Senior E-Commerce Rockstar

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Magento e-commerce developer to work in-house at our offices in Winston-Salem. A successful applicant will be flexible, experienced, and eager to work. Should be dedicated to their job and willing to always argue their opinion.
Responsibilities
Developing new storefront architecture from start to finish.
Optimizing Magento installations and Apache/PHP environments for speed and efficiency.
Developing navigation structure based on thoughtful methods.
Complete and maintain integrations with outside software, including accounting and CRM software.
Creatively develop new ways of using software to meet the company’s mission of improving the lives of couples worldwide.
Skills
Fluent in PHP/MySQL. Have written it while asleep on at least one occasion.
Experience with major Database abstraction packages : AdoDB, PEAR::DB
Experience with XML, XHTML, PHTML, and AJAX.
Should know popular Javascript packages (jQuery, etc.)
Must understand Object Oriented PHP.
Familiarity with Authorize.net integration methodologies. Or have extensive experience with another major payment gateway and have broken and fixed it numerous times.
Experience developing independently and on a team. We are a small team, so community runs strong, but we all work so much we sometimes find ourselves to be very independent.
Understanding of SEO keys, implementation, and how they relate to core development.
Education
Degrees don't mean a thing, but knowledge is key.
