We’re searching for a driven high-energy Sales Account Staff with strong knowledge and experience of SaaS (Software as a Service technology). We prefer you have a background in SaaS sales with experience in B2B services, lead qualification, and a proven track record of over-achieving quotas.

Responsibilities
Understand and run the complete sales cycle from first contact through negotiated terms.
Hand-on approach in learning the software solutions and leverage your multi-channel skills through product demos and in-person consultations.
Focus and achieve the sales quota through identifying, qualifying, and closing business in your account area(s).
Maintain updated sales records and prospect status through our sales system
Work with other internal teams to present/share new prospects requests & requirements
Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement, and update activity/prospect status in weekly sales meetings.
Experience
BA/BS degree required.
3+ years experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications and account management expertise.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals you can close.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals with consistent earnings while carrying a minimum 500K yearly quota.
Must have demonstrated strength in building relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience from business, technical and executive levels.
Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospect, demo, contract negotiation and through close of initial deals and renewals.
Successful experience selling into diverse companies
Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM and account management
Strong computer skills, including Sales Management systems, online tools, MS Office
Skills

Technically savvy with strength in communicating business value.
Flexible and adaptable with a desire to grow the business.
Strength in working in small teams as well as independently.
