SEO & Social Media Guru

Overview
This person should have a background in both SEO and Social Media. On the SEO-front, we would like someone that has experience with strong analytic capabilities and is able to learn online marketing analytics. The candidate will be expected to produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; assigned analytic projects and produce independent analysis to help search engine strategy. As part of this hybrid role, the candidate should also be Twitter and Facebook savy. Evangelizing iSpeech and our offerings will be a crucial part of this role.

Responsibilities
SEO technical analysis/evaluation: monitor, track, report on paid search metrics, including trend analysis
Provide support for search engine optimization recommendations
Work to optimize copy and landing pages for Search Engine Marketing
Back link strategy and implementation; internal link optimization, Website remediation
Key phrase research; assist in keyword discovery and expansion
ROI by Campaign, Site, and Category
Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Leverage social media activities, monitor trends in social media tools
Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
Skills
Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently, take on new responsibility
Exceptional communication skills. Show superior judgment and professionalism in their correspondence
Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors
Actively participate in social media activities (Blogging, Tweeting, Commenting on forums, etc) and be connected with the broader social media world.
Education
• A degree in business, marketing, communications or related subjects
