Sparkcloud helps people with similar passions meet face to face, by showing stuff to do nearby, in real time. Imagine it as a 21st century version of Craigslist, real-time and hyper-local, with a 'social reputation' that makes it safer, and an API that makes it easy for developers to publish local apps that connect people and places. We're looking to hire a full-time Ruby on Rails expert to join the founding team. This person will take the lead on developing and rolling out the Sparkcloud API, and re-factor our existing spaghetti-like code base to scale beyond three users.
