Overview
Core Ruby on Rails developer highly comfortable with high performance distributed rails/ruby and web apps. Essential requirements include knowledge of Ruby, Rails, REDIS, and some knowledge of Thin, Event Machine, Apache, Passenger, MySQL, and queuing architecture such as Rabbit MQ. Ideally also of Amazon EC2/S3 and other Amazon cloud technologies.
Our infrastructures processes millions of transactions per day and we're constantly moving forward in terms of scaling, optimizing and building out functionality - so we're looking to grow the team with experienced developers that like infrastructure challenges.

Responsibilities
Developement lead on key aspects of the 3scale backend platform.
Experience
Have a strong interest in the evolution of the Web and the role APIs play in that.
Be good, independent, highly motivated programmers but able to work in an agile team.
Have a positive outlook on live and be willing to contribute to a collective effort
