Overview
Responsible for the production environment (deployment, 24x7, monitoring etc), managing the system engineers and communicating with the sales and account management departments to provide solutions for our business partners. Belongs to the R&D department and reports to director of product development.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Java/C++ ,web applications programming and script language (perl, pyton, ruby etc)
Hands on work with Database and web server (preferably LAMP )
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environment, including scripting, configuration etc
Team leading experience is a plus
Ability to communicate with various functions
Ability to work under pressure and be a part of 24x7 coverage!!!
US citizenship / green card is a big plus (if you have an H1B visa we will take care of the transfer)
