Job Location: We prefer the successful candidate be located Silicon Valley and surrounding areas.
We are open to other CA locations, if candidate has experience from a billing/payment solutions vertical.
Territory: West Coast (mostly in CA)
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with a high level of personal drive, outstanding technical communication skills, action - oriented personality, ability to think “outside the box”, and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Negotiate orders at maximum profit levels within company guidelines
Provide technical assistance/design guidance to reps, consulting engineers and end-users
Builds relationships with reps, engineers and end-users to secure orders
Schedule and make technical presentations, ensuring accurate and professional presentations
Provides engineering support to other departments as they require
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
5 years functional experience as a sales engineer working with ENTERPRISE customers a must
Applications engineering or project engineering experience is preferable
Web based application experience a definite highlight – SOAP based API and SaaS model understanding
Previous experience in supporting end users required
Technical aptitude a must – a technical generalist who learns quickly will excel in this role
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Must possess an outgoing and dynamic personality
Must be able to travel 40 – 60% of the time
