At Axcient we're revolutionizing the way that small and medium-sized businesses protect their data. We're taking on an industry that has been dominated by legacy software companies for decades and standing it on its head by leveraging virtualization and cloud technologies, and by not being afraid to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. We're a team of disruptors committed to building the next market leader in the $4B data protection services market. We're a team of people who want to win and change the industry forever. We're the fastest growing company in the space, with a nearly 10x increase in revenues in 2010, and we're looking to add the best and brightest to our team.
At Axcient, we believe that above all else, companies are built on incredible people. We screen rigorously for top talent and for A-players and we believe that small teams of exceptional people can out-think, out-execute and out-maneuver bigger companies. We believe strongly in the importance of culture and community, and that building a company is about creating an environment where exceptional people can excel and where employees are empowered to influence all aspects of the company. We believe in a team first approach to our jobs, because we believe that when we work together we can accomplish heroic tasks in record time frames. But we also believe that it's important to have fun along the way and that it's about the journey as much as the destination. Whether it's our famous Friday BBQ's, go-karting, bowling night, trade-show parties or cooking lessons, we try to have fun to balance the work. (Check out our Facebook Page for some highlights.)
