Overview
BiggerPockets.com, a rapidly growing leader in the online real estate networking, tools and applications space -- serving real estate investors, professionals, and consumers -- is looking for hungry, enthusiastic, organized, and hard working applicants to join our team. This advertising sales position requires someone who is familiar with the online ad marketplace, and who is comfortable with prospecting, client management, negotiation, and of course, closing deals.
We're looking for either part-time or full-time aggressive people who can help fill and expand our inventory, on site as well as on our newsletter and other emails.

Responsibilities
Identifying potential advertisers/leads
Assisting in the creation of custom campaigns for different advertisers
Managing and maintaining relationships with clients
Assisting in pricing and placement strategies
Working with ad agencies and directly with clients
Experience
A strong knowledge of internet advertising (CPM, CPA, CPC)
2+ years experience with online sales, banner/display advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Skills
Strong Organizational Skills
Strong Negotiation Skills
Great phone presence
Microsoft Office (Google Apps) -- spreadsheet, word, etc.
Education
BS or BA Degree
Compensation
Location: remote work at your preferred location
This position is 100% commission based, with no caps or limits on earnings.
We offer residual income from customer reorders
Bonuses available for first month's sales commissions!
