‘09 grads – sitting on your mom’s couch, surfing Monster, Craigslist, etc. for hours on end? Screw it – the job market is absurd and is making it impossible for highly-qualified graduates to land jobs.
Wiggio.com has a unique opportunity for you to 1) put some cash in your pocket; 2) go back to your school for a week and have some fun; and 3) gain a valuable marketing experience that you can put on your resume and talk about in interviews.
THE PITCH:
1. We will choose only one recent grad from each campus.
2. You will be competing against the marketers at other campuses to see who can most effectively Wiggio-ize your school.
3. After a 10-day campaign, the marketer who most effectively establishes Wiggio as a mainstream tool at their school will receive $5,000 dollars cash. There will be cash prizes for the runners up as well.
THE RULES:
1. We’ll pick up the cost of traveling back to school.
2. You will be given a war-chest of marketing materials to plaster your campus with. The goal of the guerrilla marketing is to generate serious buzz, and get the whole campus asking “What is Wiggio?”
3. You will be trained how to pitch the service and give a professional site demo. Use your outgoing demeanor to get in front of the right people – knock on doors of old professors, admins, dorm leaders, sports coaches, fraternity/sorority leaders, student org leaders, etc. The best way to market the product and gain loyal users is through one-on-one personal interactions.
4. Results will be judged by the number of active users and active Wiggio groups created at the school.
CRITERIA:
1. You must be a graduate of the class of 2009.
2. People who will succeed at this type of marketing tend to be very outgoing, enthusiastic and well-connected on campus. We’re looking for the type of candidate who’s not afraid to get aggressive, knock on doors, cold call, and use all of your past campus connections.

Compensation
Up to $5,000 for 10 days -- depending on performance
