HeyBubble live chat software is looking for a new a social media guru to start immediately. A person who is up to date on current social media trends and are able to speak for the brand, and give the company a voice.
The position requires many different hats to be worn. You will act as community manager, customer service, marketing and blogger. Your main responsibilities will be writing, researching and promoting our customer service tools online. All of these roles are crucial to be considered for the position. Ideally looking for someone with a year of Community management or marketing.

Posting on our blog, create tutorial articles and videos
Talking about us on blogs, forums, tech and customer service related website
Writing press articles and Spread them to the most appropriate websites.
Improving www.heybubble.com ranking on search engines
Implementing strategies across social media channels.
Making people think of HeyBubble when they want to improve their customer satisfaction!
Working in a great office in Soho, New York using a Mac.
Experience in a startup is a plus
Creative writer, editorial or copywriting experience.
Knowledges in SEO and digital marketing
Knowledges in Photoshop is a big plus
Self-starter with high energy, strong listening and verbal communication skills.
Expert knowledge of social media platforms.
Fast, funny and casual worker.
