Internet Strategy

The Anant Corporation is looking for a tenacious networker with superb communication skills who believes in our mission to help individuals, non-profits, & small businesses create a better world around them with the use of technology & other companies on the Internet. We are looking for an intern to assist with the execution of the digital marketing strategy for the company along with executing and helping to develop other marketing strategies for Anant clients.

Develop & execute comprehensive strategies to strengthen Anant's social media presence on networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc;
Lead efforts to build online communities, capture and engage new audiences, coordinate viral campaigns and targeted online outreach programs to promote brand awareness and drive key audiences to Anant's Sales & Strategy teams.
Manage day-to-day activities, including online advocacy, writing and creating content, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc;
Participate in working sessions and discussions with internal and external teams to scope, structure, implement and manage partnerships.
Must have a strong interest and familiarity in digital marketing & social media
Experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or business development functions.
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN: Microsoft Office Suite
Proven social media connoisseur across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google +, etc.) with a thorough understanding of social media strategy, trends and information architecture.
Computer/Internet savvy. Should be tactical and able to quickly gain information on subjects that you have little knowledge in.
Keen sense of marketing tactics and strategies (especially pertaining to Social Media, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Brand Development).
Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and a passion to grow the business.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required as you may be expected to speak with clients or groups.
Must have a high level of organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to set priorities, troubleshoot issues, effectively collaborate with team members and meet deadlines.
Energetic & effective team player, with the confidence & professionalism to take the lead and guide others when necessary.
Proactive problem-solver with the initiative to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate needs of the future.
Must currently be in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor degree program or a recent college graduate.
Preferred Areas of Study: Business, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
Interns are paid on commission from sales made from the acquisition of new Anant clients.

Depending on your performance as an intern, you will be given a review at the end of 3 months for the opportunity to become an Associate. Associates are paid for billable and non-billable work.
