We are expanding our inside/outside sales team with stellar talent and offer solid base+compensation+bonus+stock options packages. We are looking for professional inside/outside sales representatives who fit in the following categories:

- Have you sold SaaS/Cloud based software solutions for at least 2 plus years?
- Are you presently at or above quota?
- Do you have strong writing skills as well as solid verbal skills.
- Interested is working for a growing company in an exciting environment ?
- How about an opportunity to make north of $75,000 - $100,000 with the ability to progress your career as you learn?
Responsibilities
Qualify incoming sales inquiries, perform lead follow-up by promoting our product features to creative professionals
Setup web/in-person demos and meetings with qualified prospects
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calls, social media networking, reaching out to creative community via meetups & conferences
Close new business, upsell to existing customers to meet monthly & quarterly quotas
Keep the CRM system up-to date
Experience
HR industry experience will be a plus
Magnetic phone personality: high energy and ability to generate excitement over the phone
Great work ethics: diligent with follow-ups, create activity plan the day before
You have to have the hunger to succeed, can do spirit
Ability to work the phone: 50-80 outbound calls a day to our prospects
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a sales role
Ability to push beyond the initial introducer to the decision makers
Skills
Proficient with basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, web & social media savvy
Highly desirable: working knowledge of any CRM application (Salesforce, Sugar, Goldmine, Highrise etc)
