Overview
Looking for someone to join small founding team who is really eager to OWN product. This is a employee #1 position, so equity compensation will be competitive. Startup experience is a must, and some front-end development skills (basic HTML, CSS ) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Determine next features
Wireframing
Working closely with CTO to execute product vision
Work closely with head of content and head of marketing to grow traffic and optimize conversion funnel
Experience
Startup experience is preferred
Prefer someone with 3-5 years experience, open to someone with less experience but enough drive and initiative to punch above their weight class
Skills
Experience with front-end development and/or design would be preferred
