Responsibilities
We are seeking a technically-savvy HR and Recruiting Analyst that can assist us in the consolidation, creation, and improvement of our current Recruiting/HR tracking systems to measure and report weekly on various metrics including recruiting ROI, employee attrition/retention, headcount, and more.
Experience
Requirements:
1+ years experience in HR data analysis and HR administrative functions required
Must love working with data and spreadsheets
Expert-level use of Excel, Google docs, ATS, etc.
Knowledge of free ATS application tracking systems
Able to meet in-person on Sundays and Thursday evenings at Stanford
Able to be proactive, self-motivated, and easily navigate ambiguity

Compensation
Compensation at this time is stock only, however, we will be launching soon and that could change. Other benefits include:
