Don't have experience running Facebook campaigns? That's okay, so long as you are handy with Excel, plus have a demonstrated ability to learn and work hard. We have a 7 level analyst program that a graded from hourly levels to salary. Advancement is based solely on skill, not time in position. We will help you learn, but will also not spoon feed you.
You're responsible for making sure that our clients (now your clients) are getting business from their web presence. If you're not technical, that's okay. But if you're handy with SQL and html, even better.

Level 3: Provide analysis on campaign performance
Level 4: Manage client projects in our system
Level 5: Help clients formulate social strategy
Level 6: Write industry articles, speak at conventions
Level 7: Negotiate partnerships
Show us you have a history of taking responsibility and getting things done. Don't send a canned letter-- we'll discard those.
Are you a quick learner and someone who gets things done? Prove it.
We prefer you having a college degree. But in certain situations, we accept interns who have a demonstrated passion for social media. Show us you have a blog or have built a site, for example.
Level 1 is at $12/hour and moves up from there.
When you hit Level 5, you start earning salary and a share of company revenue.
