As the Product Management/ Product Marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing the product vision and strategy, managing the product team, and driving an innovative/ best-in-class lead generation strategy. This is potentially a co-founder role for the right individual who has “done it before.”
Driving product roadmap and creating well-defined specifications for engineering team
Lead detailed implementation brainstorming discussions with engineers
Write marketing copy for website and drive lead generation campaigns
Lead implementations with customers
Gain instant credibility at the C-level in front of customers
Developing requirements/specifications for new website features and/or functionality
Drafting product requirement documents and project managing initiatives through launch.
Intimate knowledge of salesforce.com, and ideally experience driving salesforce.com integration projects.
Leading projects within cross-functional in-house and outsourced environment (design, engineering, marketing, partners, legal, etc).
Developing business cases is required. Candidates should have strong analytical problem-solving skills. Spreadsheet experts get a bonus.
Driving, planning, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research.
7+ years of product management / product marketing experience. A combination of B2B and B2C experience is ideal.
Proven track record of developing, launching, and SaaS solutions.
Results-oriented with strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
Technical BS from a top-tier university.
MBA is desired.
