Overview
eRealInvestor is seeking a top-notch Director of Product Development who is experienced with building web products. This can be a senior-level role for the right person.
Responsibilities
Be an execution focused leader driving new feature development, integration efforts, enhancements and efficiencies across the platform
Conceive product / feature ideas and develop business cases for new products / features
Manage product development resources to budget, feature, and time deliverable objectives, in close communication with CEO
Develop sufficient functional specifications for developers and designersManage testing and iterative improvement process
Analyze web analytics to come up with ways to optimize performance
Identify new market and monetization opportunities for our products
Hire and manage internal and external staff
Experience
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of online product management and internet software building experience
Ideally has worked with brand name web presence
Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, especially in assessing marketing performance
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Outstanding written and verbal skills as well as interpersonal skills
Highly motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve business results
Education
• Bachelors degree
