Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated result driven sales manager with experience in the digital/interactive, advertising or ad network space. Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment and possess passion and excitement for selling web production. This position will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining and growing key accounts and revenue.
UV SouthSourcing, an independent unit of digital marketing solutions group United Virtualities, was founded with the mission of providing web production and outsourcing services for US and European based Agencies, Ad Networks and Publishers.

Responsibilities
Expected to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting, to scheduling meetings, presenting capabilities, creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing sales
Build and manage an aggressive pipeline
Must meet quarterly sales activity goals
Works well under pressure and accustomed to reaching and exceeding high sales goals
Experience
3-5+ years in Digital Sales or Advertising Sales
Experienced success with Agencies, Publishers or AdNetworks in a consultative sales environmentb
Demonstrate experience and success working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Base + Commission + Bonus - 100-300k+
