We are looking a highly motivated self-starter to join our sales team for UV SouthSourcing. Proven results driven sales executive with experience in the digital/interactive, advertising or marketing services space only. Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment and possess a passion and excitement for selling digital production services to Agencies, Publishers and AdNetworks.

- UV SouthSourcing: Digital production services and staff augmentation for Advertising Agencies, Publishers and AdNetworks.
- UV Agency: 100% digital Agency
- Uv Rich Media Services: 3rd Party AdServing technology specializing in Rich Media and Creative Performance services.
Founded in 1999, UV counts with offices in Argentina, China, US and Mexico.
Expected to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting, to scheduling meetings, presenting capabilities, creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and closing sales
Manage all sales activity in CRM
Build and manage an aggressive pipeline
Must consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales activity goals
Work well under pressure and accustomed to reaching and exceeding high sales goals
3-5+ years in Digital Sales or Advertising
Experienced success with Agencies in an integrated
Must have sales experience demonstrating success in a consultative sales environment
Demonstrate experience and success working in a fast-paced environment
Very competitive Base salary + Commission + Bonus
