Overview
Instructional designers to author the storyboards for courses which impart behavioral and management skills.
Responsibilities
Courseware authors can work from home with periodic regular interaction with our team at Hyderabad.
They need to author storyboards using appropriate instructional strategies. This would include developing scenario's, text, quizzes, tests and real-life examples.
The incumbents would work on one coursetitle at a time and work towards completing the course within a specific timeline. The content development follows our own proprietary Instructional Design process.
Experience
Atleast 2 years experience in e-learning courseware development or Instructional Design or softskills training.
Knowledge in life skills training, personality development, psychology and Management
Skills
Excellent skills in English language usage
In-depth domain knowledge in life skills training, personality development, professional job skills, psychology and Management
Education
Masters in Psychology/ MBA/ Masters in English
Compensation
INR 250/- per each approved page; i.e., if the course is 100 pages, the compensation would be INR 25000/- All rights on the course need to be surrendered to SkillSurge
