We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized community manager to nurture and develop our rapidly growing community of students. As the community manager you will manage our social media and the day to day operations of our community programs. You will also handle student support issues and communicate student feedback to our engineers. An ideal candidate for this role would be highly organized, have superior written communication skills, have experience with social media, and love working with people. You will play a critical role in ensuring that students have a wonderful experience on Coursera.
-Manage our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, blog)
-Grow and refine our community programs (community TA’s, translation community, community ambassadors)
-Manage student support issues and communicate feedback to the engineering team to improve the student experience
-Work with PR and the Business Development team to surface student stories
