Overview
Get in from the very beginning. Business plan - check. Small little army - check. No investors to change our vision - check. Start-up events to create buzz starting on 4.20 - check.
Responsibilities
Away from the stigma attached with non-tech co-founders. I can assure you that you want to, at the very least, find out what this is all about. The responsibility would be to build a prototype so we may gain users and then, down the road, pitch to investors.

What’s a Frouber?
What our platform will do: Connect the ‘connected generation’. The connected generation is a groupof individualistic young adults; our specific niche will focus on ages 18-35,but overlap niches shall occur.
Our goal is to create an online space that will make dreamscome true for others’ while aiding non-profits.
Currently, we have a small network of people who areinterested in the idea, all of whom signed non-disclosures. We’ll leverage this network upon pitching toinvestors.
About you:
A highly self-motivated individual, who, has experience withweb development (design experience preferred). Our contacts, business summary, executive summary, and marketing summaryare complete.
Web Development & Design: Please explain your specialties in detail. For example, if you haven’t worked withbranding and logo designs, explain why you’d love to start due to your creativepassion for example. Also, please detailyour proficiency with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, web standards, HTML, hand coding,etc.
Most importantly, though, you must be willing to work as a co-founder with a opportunity for equal share while pitching to investors.

Shanna VanNorman here, I have a master degree in themarketing specialization: integrated marketing communications and recentlylaunched a social experiential marketing agency focusing on buildingrelationships. UrbanFish will behandling all business and marketing aspects of the Frouber project.
