Overview
Early stage startup is searching for a smart, highly motivated, entrepreneurial software engineer. We need a talented VP Engineering/CTO who will direct software development, quality assurance and infrastructure for an enterprise SaaS solution that is targeted to large and medium sized firms world-wide.
We are looking for the right person handle all the technical aspects of developing and delivering our service. At first the role will be hands-on, although we expect our CTO to build and manage a team as we grow.

Responsibilities
Develop a production ready beta service
Works with existing clients to automate video collaboration business processes
Recruit add'l tech talent to the team
Manage off-shore development team
Experience
2-5 years of experience in a web development role
Experience in architecting critical non-stop cloud based 24x7 apps
Some familiarity integrating cloud apps with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications
Decent UI HTML/Design skills
Computer Science degree (BS, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required
Hands on experience with PHP, Java/JSP, Ruby, AJAX, MySQL
Skills
Outstanding oral and written communications skills
Ability to focus on timely achievement of assignments
Ability to design and create a multi-tenant, SaaS based, enterprise service
Outstanding team management skills
Compensation
Initially, compensation is equity only.
