We are a startup social media organization with our first product in beta. We are based in the Washington, DC area and looking for a seasoned social media leader to handle our long term revenue generating strategy. This executive will oversee all revenue generating activities including (but not limited too) pricing, organizational structure, distribution channels, and marketing efforts.
We are looking for someone that has lead large social media campaign's for Fortune 1000 or Government Agencies and/or experience leading enterprise software sales teams.
Oversee all long term revenue generating activities
Oversee all long term marketing strategies
Able to wear multiple hats (we are a startup)
Ability to provide guidance and leadership to everyone within the organization
Create a strategic revenue generating plan and execute the plan (building a solid pipeline)
6+ years leading social media and/or marketing campaigns
4+ years in a sales or business development role
2+ years in a management role, preferably director, VP or C-level role
Experience with software sales a plus
BA in from an accredited university
We are a pre-revenue startup. The compensation is equity, to start.
Currently raising a round of funding and once funding is secured this will be a full-time, salaried position with base + commission + bonuses.
