Overview
We are currently looking for someone to be the head of our IT directives. We are a startup so we are looking for an individual that is looking to work for equity and a small salary. The salary will be much lower than you could get from another job, all things equal, but it will be made up in with equity. The low salary should not last more than one to two years.
Responsibilities
As the CIO, you would develop the IT path and the responsibilities. We have already developed our proprietary software program so most responsibilities will be to enhance the current software.
Experience

Skills
Our software is built in a Linux environment and is mostly coded in PHP. These are the only necessary skill requirements.
Education
Open to all.
Compensation
The salary will be below average, but made up for in equity to make approximately $50 to $100k (depending on experience) if the value of equity is considered.
