Overview
We are seeking an experienced developer to assemble and lead a new development team in Chicago. The development lead will work with our CTO and CEO based out of Champaign, IL.
This is a part-time position that offers a high degree of responsibility and also flexibility.
This position will be ideal for individuals who want to work with a startup, but want to maintain a full-time job to reduce the risk and pay the bills.

Responsibilities
Assemble a high quality development team in Chicago, IL
Lead the development team to build features
Work with CTO - who is based in Champaign, IL - to build new features or resolve bugs quickly
Develop and maintain a high quality work environment for the team
Experience
5+ Years of development experience
Experience leading remote or part-time teams
Education
Bachelors in CS or engineering; Masters or PhD preferred
