Overview
Clearspring is looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for managing day to day campaign trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, reporting, and overall campaign strategy. This position involves managing the full life-cycle of campaigns including pre-campaign tasks like tracking pixel generation and placement as well as creative review. This is a data-intensive position and involves daily reporting and optimization leveraging multiple data points
Responsibilities
Optimizing behaviorally-targeted campaigns based on audience performance, and working with our audience product teams to achieve more accurate targeting
Day to day management of advertising campaigns, which includes campaign trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting
Manage campaign process, including requesting creative, tracking pixels and troubleshooting ad issues
Provide excellent customer service for our sales team, clients and partners
Experience
At least 1-2 years of trafficking experience using Atlas, DART, AppNexus, Invite Media or other leading online ad servers
Knowledge of online ad serving (video ad experience a strong plus). Additional experience with online ad exchanges is a plus
Comfort and experience with a fast paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Hands on experience with all the common online pricing systems and terminology
Familiarity with HTML, XML, Flash and Excel. As most of the reporting is in Excel, detailed experience with this program is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented nature
Education
