Overview
We are seeking a tech co-founder/partner -- someone to both lead our technology efforts and write the code needed to take our very solid beta product to the point where we are ready to bring on paying customers.
Ideally, we're seeking someone with RoR background. (Back-end is in Ruby, front-end of the portion currently deployed is in actionscript).

Responsibilities
Be our CTO/Tech co-founder.
Make key technology decisions.
Write the code that will take the product from it's current solid beta state to the product for which we can charge consumers. We are not far off this goal; bring us to the finish line!
Experience
A clear history (at least 4 years) of successful development of web-connected software and/or web services, ideally in the consumer space.
Skills
Excellent software development capability in RoR or actionscript.
An in-depth working knowledge of how to develop and operate a web service at scale.
Ability to work well with and direct other developers.
Ability to get along with the rest of the co-founding team.
Integrity.
Education
Way more interested in what you've done than in where you went to school.
Compensation
We are bootstrapping the company and looking for someone who can work for equity as part of that bootstrapping effort. Open to having it be a half-time, prefer full-time role.
