Overview
Soocial is a self-updating address book syncing service. Our aim is to simplify the address book, keeping it in sync while remaining in the background and out of your way.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for an engineer to join our backend development team and work on our architecture and cool new features.
Skills
Excellent Ruby skills
Experienced with Rails
Good knowledge of RDBMS – in particular PostgreSQL
Interested in investigating + putting to use non-SQL based storage systems
Basic system administration skills
Strong communication skills; desire to work as part of a team and at times develop sections alone
CS/EE degree preferred
