Automation Test Engineer

Overview
iCIMS is looking for an Automation Test Engineer who will be responsible for definition, implementation, execution and maintenance of automated tests within the test automation framework. This position requires knowledge of programming practices, software development and testing methodology, and experience with test automation and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using selenium/webdriver 2.0
Interact with development engineers to devise automation strategies, test strategies and test cases to automate new features and enhance existing functionality
Work with the team to design test scripts that allow for maximum reuse for all releases
Responsible for proactively monitoring error logs for issues with nightly test scripts, unit test scripts etc., and ensure all the issues are tracked
Document complex procedures and processes
Experience
3 to 5 year’s hands-on QA automation or development experience in Java
Experience developing automated tests using automation frameworks such as Selenium & Webdriver highly desired
Knowledge of quality assurance and defect management in an agile SDLC environment desired
Must possess sharp analytical and excellent communication skills
Quick learner & ability to become proficient with complex applications
Database and SQL experience highly desirable
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree
Compensation
