We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to support our business development efforts. This position will support our ongoing business development through outbound calling to engage key decision makers as you help build out our sales pipeline. You will create effective dialogue to obtain relevant customer information and you will set up meetings with our management team.

This is a full-time contract position and compensation will initially be on an hourly basis. As we grow, there will be an opportunity to transition to salary plus commission as well as benefits and equity upside. Our office is located in San Francisco. Outbound calling on targeted accounts to qualify leads and assist in scheduling meetings with our management team.
Regularly create and customize demand-generation messaging for improved outbound call efforts.
Ensure pipeline growth within target markets.
Conduct business-to-business sales activities for the services that we will be offering.
Strong results oriented performer with a demonstrated drive to succeed.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and opportunities and prioritize time accordingly.
Strong organizational skills; ability and willingness to do whatever is necessary to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and the ability/willingness to learn.
Experience in the logistics or freight brokerage industries is a plus.
1+ years outbound calling and/or sales experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
Bachelors degree is a plus, but we care more about aptitude, intelligence, and resourcefulness than degrees.
