The Opportunity
The Account Manager is the primary client interface with responsibility for all elements related to the execution of our client engagements, including: development of custom content; training & management of internal & external coaches; management & communication with program participants; management of key client contacts; and analysis of project & participant performance.

Responsibilities
Serve as a project and client manager for big and small client engagements for corporate and institutional clients
Deliver excellent and consistent customer service to client end users (i.e. employees, students, entrepreneurs)
Manage coaches on client engagement
Manage development & maintenance of custom content for client engagements
Provide regular reporting of participant and engagement & performance to client administrative lead
Train client coaches and administrators
Experience
Track record of stellar account management and customer service
History of training customers on product utilization
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and/or content management solutions (CMS)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project
High aptitude for web-based technologies
Strong research skill set
Excellent writing skills
Proven time-management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and juggle several projects while working under tight deadline pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extremely detail oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a genuine interest in business and education
Positive energy
