Laura Bronner and Jill Kravetz are experienced beauty and retail entrepreneurs. Also, we're funny.

Jill's career highlights: first female partner at Parthenon Consulting; founding member of Cue Ball Venture Capital; founder of MiniLuxe nail and waxing salons; Wharton MBA.

Laura's career highlights: merchant for $400M Gap Inc. department; grew Nail Bar nail and waxing salons from 4 stores to 10 stores in 2 years; launched MiniLuxe franchise program; Kellogg MBA.

Jodi Slater, tech partner, is a digital strategy and user experience expert. She specializes in bringing offline experiences to life online. Notable clients include Palm, Urban Decay, and Ippolita.

We are all beauty junkies, but don't let that intimidate you. That said, if you have a love for all things beauty, you will be constantly surrounded by beauty products, makeup artists, and beauty companies.

While we heart beauty, we are just as passionate about social media (ONE of us has a Pinterest problem), travel, and great food.

We all wear many, many hats. We work hard because we're so excited to launch the concept!
