dMetrics analyzes online conversations to generate the most accurate automatic understanding of consumer behavior to date. Analyzing the language used in hundreds of millions of discussions taking place online, dMetrics' algorithms identify the decisions and motivations of consumers hidden within the Big Data. This analysis helps our customers gain far more nuanced understanding of consumers' actions, desires, fears, hopes, and reasons than traditional clustering and sentiment analysis techniques. Capable of integrating domain knowledge, our machines pay special attention to healthcare, financial, and lifestyle dimensions that drive the decision-making process.
Combining 35+ years of research by 6 PhDs, including some of the world's top authorities in Natural Language Processing, dMetrics technology has been awarded over $1M in National Science Foundation SBIR awards, as well as the support of private and institutional investors.
