The Whooligan Mission
In 3-5 years our mission is to create a billion dollar plus brand which has a positive impact on a billion plus lives. We believe soccer is truly the only thing that we can use to help explain the world- its problems, challenges, divisions, inequities, hope, culture, politics, economies, aspirations, and beauty. Its a remarkably neutral, yet powerful voice that will help propel a new brand and social platform which opens up dialogue, increases cultural understanding, and gives us all a heightened sense of purpose and identity; so that when “Who’s your side?” is shouted by a Muslim to a Jew on a dirt field in Jerusalem, by a Protestant to a Catholic at a pub in Dublin, or by an American to a Mexican on the streets of LA, the answer will be clear: “We are all on the same side, aren’t we"?
Our Products
We are a user generated worldwide football brand. The Whooligan.com site allows users to post videos, photos, forums, blogs, and whoolibabel. Users design, upload, and vote on club, national, city, and neighborhood branded Whooligear that will be sold worldwide. Whoolihoodz, Whoolipets, Whooliha, Whooliheroes, Whoolibabes, and Whooliwood posts can be submitted on special content sections. We seek to create a billion dollar plus brand from this various content.
Our Team
Our team consists of two young entrepreneurs who previously worked in the hedge fund industry. Both are creative visionaries who seek to revolutionize how investors, entrepreneurs, and consumers think about the Web 2.0 space and its future applications.
