Our mission is clear: to make the experience of buying a car as positive as driving one.
We are lovers of cars. And it breaks our hearts when we hear from consumers that they fear the car buying process more than getting a root canal. We believe that buying a car should be a joyful process, instead of a stress-filled transaction. We won’t rest until every buyer feels like they are in charge of the car buying experience.
In today’s process, consumers are randomly matched with a salesperson when they walk on the dealer’s lot or after submitting an online request. We believe that this creates fear and anxiety for the consumer. To solve this, we match consumers with the industry’s best sales professionals and give the consumer the choice of who to work with. After all, the automotive sales professional is the most valuable resource for a consumer when buying a car. With the right tools, we believe that this allows everyone - consumers, sales people and dealers - the opportunity to excel.
Trustmotive, based in Southern California, was formed in May 2013 by an experienced team of entrepreneurs with deep automotive and technology backgrounds. We've spent time at world-class companies like Yahoo!, Toyota and McKinsey & Co., as well as a number of scrappy start-ups.
